JOOLA has filed a lawsuit against USA Pickleball (USAP) in the United States District Court for Maryland for actions related to the removal of JOOLA Gen3 paddles from the Approved Paddle List.
If you have read our previous news, in which we talk about Andrei Daescu’s suspension and fine of $5000 is also related to this news. He used the same (JOOLA Gen3 paddle).
JOOLA firmly believes the Gen3 Paddles are compliant with all applicable published rules and should not be removed from the approved paddle list.
