The Archie Browning Sports Centre Curling Arena has been converted into a bustling hub for pickleball action, offering court rentals and dynamic programs that will run through until September. This seasonal sport is scheduled to return in spring 2025, demonstrating continued dedication to its rapid growth and popularity.
For those who are new to the sport, pickleball combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis, which is played with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes in it.
