The Paragon Open is a pickleball tournament that attracts amateur and professional players. This event features competitive play in various skill levels and age brackets, often with cash prizes or other rewards.

Registration & Event Fees

  • Early Bird Registration ($49): May 15th-July 31st, 2024
  • Normal Registration ($69): August 1st-October 10th, 2024

Event Format

  • 1-2 Doubles Teams/Singles Players: Combined with closest appropriate skill/age event (Medals still awarded for original registered event if combined, except if only 1 team/player had to be moved)
  • 3 Doubles Teams/Singles Players: Double round robin with no playoffs or Combined with closest appropriate skill/age event (Medals still awarded for original registered event if combined)
  • 4-5 Doubles Teams/Singles Players: Round robin with 1st & 2nd place teams advancing to GOLD Medal Match, 3rd & 4th place teams advancing to BRONZE Medal Match
  • 6-7 Doubles Teams/Singles Players: True round robin with/without playoffs or double elimination (final determination based on total tournament registration)
  • 8 or More Doubles Teams/Singles Players: Split pool groups round robin with playoff bracket for GOLD & BRONZE or double elimination (final determination based on total tournament registration)

Match Formats

  • 1 game to 11 points win by 2 points
  • 1 game to 15 points win by 2 points
  • 1 game to 21 points win by 2 points
  • 2 out of 3 games to 11 points win by 2 points
