Brackets
- Women, Men and Mixed Doubles Events
- Double Elimination Skill/Age
- Skill levels of 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5, see tournament event details for skill and age brackets. All brackets will be double elimination unless less than 6 teams are entered.
- If less than 6 teams, the event will be a round-robin.
- You can register ‘up 0.50 points’ in skill level if desired. For example, if your UTPR is 3.0, you are eligible to play in the 3.0 skill
level event or the 3.5 skill event – but NOT the 4.0 skill level event (as that is over 0.5 points). You can register ‘down’ in age events.
Registration Opens
September 2, 2024, at Noon Arizona Time (Pacific Standard Time)
Attention Players: When registering make sure you list your cell phone number as we will be using text messages to alert you when you are playing and what court you will be on.
Tournament Schedule
- Tuesday, November 5, 2024: Women’s Doubles
- Wednesday, November 6, 2024: Mixed Doubles
- Thursday, November 7, 2024: Men’s Doubles
- Friday, November 8, 2024: Inclement Weather makes up a day
- The Tournament Director reserves the right to divide and/or combine brackets or change the format based on registration. (Final Tournament start times have yet to be determined)
Check-In
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
- You will be required to show a Photo ID. Your bracket may start 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.
- If there is an emergency and you will not make your check-in time, please get in touch with the Tournament Director at (970) 739-3905.
Player Fees
- Registration Fee: $50.00 (includes referee fee)
- Event fee (each event entered): $10.00
- Pickleball Brackets Surcharge (will show on your receipt): $5.00/event entered
- Stripe will be replacing PayPal to collect fees made by credit card companies. This is per the Pickleball Brackets directive. You do not need a Stripe account to register/pay via your credit card.
Confirmation
- Registration is not considered confirmed until both partners are completely registered and fees are paid.
- An event will be considered filled when paid/completed registrations for that event reach established maximums.
Registration Information
- Player age is determined as of 12/31/2024
- The minimum age of any player shall be 50.
