North Brunswick – A new indoor pickleball club is set to launch its inaugural location in Middlesex County.
Ace Pickleball Club will take up a 26,500-square-foot space near Lidl at the Brunswick Shopping Center, located on Milltown Road just off Route 1.
The club will feature premium courts, all-inclusive pricing, and various opportunities for members to engage in learning, competition, and socializing.
This development was announced in a press release by Levin Management, the leasing and management agency for the 288,000-square-foot shopping center.
The facility will also accommodate corporate events, private parties, and include a small pro shop.
Fred Younkin, a leasing representative with Levin Management, facilitated the agreement on behalf of the property owner, while Marta Villa from CBRE represented Ace Pickleball Club in the transaction.
“Pickleball has surged in popularity in recent years, appealing to players of all ages and abilities,” Younkin said. “Ace Pickleball Club brings the sport indoors, allowing pickleball enthusiasts to enjoy an unparalleled playing experience 365 days a year. We are very excited to bring this trending concept to Brunswick Shopping Center and the community.”
The shopping center, anchored by Lidl, is home to a variety of tenants, including LA Fitness, Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty, McDonald’s, and Sherwin Williams.
Headquartered in Roswell, Georgia, Ace Pickleball Club operates franchises in Freehold and Voorhees, along with several locations across the country, including Arizona, Texas, and Illinois.
